Hi all! I'm MJ, a queer, strengths-based therapist here to help empower and support you through this journey called life. I bring compassion and honesty (and hopefully some humor) into our working relationship and will offer gentle guidance in helping you find new ways to cope and move forward. My focus is on learning to be gentle with yourself in a way that empowers you to feel unstuck and assists you to heal. I help clients move through previous traumas, anxieties, and negative self-beliefs - coming from a place of support without judgement. Our time together is focused on your concerns and needs. I believe that all individuals have a capacity for change and I thank you for allowing me to walk on this journey with you.

With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, my focus in therapy draws from mindfulness, behavioral coaching, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. My specialties include ADHD, LGBTQ+, OCD, depression, and anxiety. I offer ADHD coaching and ERP (exposure and response prevention therapy) for OCD, anxiety, and phobias.
